A Two Day Workshop
We live in amazing, dynamic, sometimes downright daunting times. Many of us feel that time has sped up and that the planet herself is stretching and changing at record rate. It is hard not to notice the extreme climate changes and unpredictability happening everywhere on the globe.
Just as our planet is changing, so are we as human beings. We are being stepped up so that we may accompany the planet on her journey of change. It is being said repeatedly by many that we are changing from being carbon- based to crystalline- based beings, almost like the silicon based computers that we ourselves have developed. The reason for this? So that we will be able to hold more light in our systems and various energy bodies. Holding more light means holding and processing more information. Just think of that word: in-form–ation. So that we will be in-formed, meaning that our bodies will actually be larger libraries of knowledge and light than they could have previously.
There are many ways this is happening now for humanity as the new information streams to us from the cosmos. Some of us can discern and consciously welcome this information into our being while most of us are still adjusting biologically to become containers for it. One way to make this adjustment on a more conscious level is by using various forms of meditation, movement and very interestingly – is using sound and vibration.
I have had the unique opportunity to work with a group of fifth dimensional beings, of the Hathor civilization, for nearly nine wondrous years. They are experts of sound and love and have gifted me with much information including a system for using sound and sacred geometry to not only balance the body, mind and emotions, but to upgrade the human biological system to prepare it to make the move from being carbon based to crystalline based. By using sound, we create the blueprint of the matrix onto which the crystalline structure will then build itself. Sound and light are very similar in vibration and quickly create a bridge of communication between one another.
Day One: The first step in this work is to clear as much residue of the old constructs as possible from the body as step one of the two day crystalline matrix building process. We gently delve into the world of sound, light and movement and unwind unbeneficial patterns that we have either inherited or taken on or developed during our lifetimes. By releasing patterns that no longer serve us, we are free to be who we really are, to hear and feel our essence on a deeper core level and make room for our upgraded selves. We will learn how to repeatedly utilize this process on a day to day basis and clear patterns as they arise in our daily lives, helping us to improve physical, mental and emotional function and even relationships.
Day two: is dedicated to inviting in our new crystalline matrix, using sound and movement, guided primarily by the five vowel sounds, AH, EH, EE, OH, OO. These sacred sounds are the basic building blocks of all the root languages on our planet and hold sacred codes within them. As we learn to use these codes, we become co-creators of ourselves on a conscious level.
Throughout this process, we become conscious of each other and learn to deeply cooperate with each other, creating the most delicious sound and vibrational harmonies as we tone together. We become attuned to each other and learn to resonate, hold space and discern each other's needs with greater sensitivity than ever before.
All parts of this process can be applied to many facets of our lives, whether to improve our relationship with ourselves and others, to eliminate long standing patterns that have locked us into repetitive cycles of habit and addiction, to get to know ourselves and each other on more authentic, deeper levels and to find new ways to bring our essence and light into the world with our own, unique flavour.
